New Direct Metallization We are pleased to announce the addition of Enthone's ENVISION-HDI direct metallization process at Nationwide Circuits. The operation of the fully automated conductive polymer line will improve our process control and minimize product handling. The ENVISION system also uses less water and consumes less energy. In addition, there are no solvents, formaldehydes or chelated metals, making it easy to wastetreat and giving it the lowest environmental impact of any direct metallization system. Nationwide Circuits has received their official International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) registration from the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Political-Military Affairs. ITAR regulates the manufacture, export and transfer of defense articles, information and services. Nationwide Circuits is proud to do it's part to safeguard US national security. For more information on ITAR visit the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls website Lead Free / RoHS Nationwide now offers Lead Free and RoHS compliant printed circuit boards. the RoHS directive requires that any electronics sold must not contain any of the following: lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls(PBB) or polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDE). All of the raw materials used at Nationwide meet this RoHS requirement, however, not all laminate materials are suitable for the Lead Free application.
