• No halogenated flame-proofing additives
• Very good edge coverage due to the high solids content enables a low wet ink weight and a favorable ink height to pad height ratio
• Almost vertical ink flanks enable the reproduction of fine details, e.g. ink dams between SMD pads.
• Very high pencil hardness ( 7 H per IPC-SM-480 C 3.5.1 ) and excellent scratch resistance.
• Lowest possible ionic contamination after HAL
• Solder-repellent surface means practically no solder balls.
• Ideal base for conformal and other subsequent coatings.
• Meets / exceeds UL 94 V-0 , IPC-SM-840 C , Siemens SN 57030
• Dielectric strength = 80 kV/mm per VDE 0303, part 2
• Surface resistance = 10¹⁴ Ohms per VDE 0303, part 3
